My name is Dakota Flores. I started with Cobblestone in 2015 as an entry-level CSR.

After a few months, I was promoted to a Lead CSR and from there a Lobby manager at the age of 19. I am now a Store Manager and am running my own team of future leaders. I have learned so much with this company and continue to grow every day! I love the fast-paced environment, the way every day is different, and our company’s overall culture. I have met so many great people here, not only employees but also our customers!

Every single day, I get the opportunity to make an impact in my company AND my community, which is what truly means the most to me!!

Starting at Cobblestone Car Wash as a CSA, I never realized how far the right support system could take me.

It has been a journey of constant growth, growing from an entry-level CSA to a Site Manager that was made possible by the incredible leadership, comprehensive training, and resources the company provides to every employee looking to level up and turn this job into a career.
