Colorado Membership Resolution Information

Cobblestone Car Wash recently resolved with the Colorado Attorney General related to an investigation into Cobblestone’s monthly automatically renewing membership communications between January 1, 2022 and February 2, 2025.

Cobblestone has been part of Colorado communities for years and operates more than 40 locations across the state. The company remains committed to transparency, customer experience, and continuously strengthening its communication protocols as regulatory expectations evolve. We remain focused on serving our customers, supporting our team members and being a responsible partner in the communities we serve.

What the Colorado Membership Resolution Means for You

If you are a current member: Your membership is not affected. Memberships continue to operate as normal. Cobblestone has already made improvements to its membership communications.

If you may be eligible for a payment: Certain Colorado customers who purchased a membership between January 1, 2022 and February 2, 2025 may be eligible for a $19 payment if you meet the specific criteria for either of the following groups:

  • Group 1: Your initial monthly membership rate was $25 or more, you experienced a price change, and you have not already received a total refund of $19 or more from Cobblestone.
  • Group 2: You did not receive a text, email, or physical receipt with certain autorenewal terms at the time of purchase, you used the car wash four times or fewer, and you have not already received a total refund of $19 or more from Cobblestone.

If you are eligible, you will receive a notice by mail with instructions. You do not need to take any action at this time.
