I went into yesterday on 2/11/19 for an oil change and car wash. The experience was great. Matt was so helpful with answering my questions about the costs of oil changes and car wash prices. I had quite a few questions. He was so patient. He checked all of my fluids while I was standing there and showed me. I thought this was amazing! The customer service is outstanding. While I was waiting inside for the oil change and car wash, I bought a new steering wheel cover, my concern is it wouldn't fit. Michael was so nice and said if it didn't fit he would refund my money. Well I couldn't get the steering wheel cover on , so I went back in to get my refund and they offered to help me put it on. It was a tough one to put on , I really didn't think it would fit. Well Michael and Justin went above and beyond to put this darn thing on. They did not have to take the time to do this and it took a bit of time. In the end my steering wheel cover is on and I love it. Their customer service was amazing and they were genuine about it too. I will definitely be a returning customer. The only thing is the oil change was pricey, but in the end it was well worth it. Thank you so much

This place was AMAZING!!!! Ron was extremely attentive and helpful and so was Casey! The sunshine man!!! They totally rocked it! Thank you guys so much! After my battery died, I went here and they got me right in and helped me out so much!! I cant reccomend this place MORE. Extremely satisfied with my service.

Something hit my windshield and I got a chip in it. So I drove over here to Cobblestone to get it fixed. I got help right away! I can't remember who called the auto glass guy but he was quick! Well anyways the auto glass guy Jordan was great! He repaired my windshield and you can't even tell where the chip was!

I had gone on a road trip with my kids so you can imagine how dirty the inside was. I didn’t even have to ask if they can pay extra attention to the inside because as soon as I was Chris was already on that, he called me over and even gave me some coupons! everything was clean and smelled like a new car. I will definitely recommend and continue to comeback here!!

The Guys from the beginning when I pulled up were on top of everything they helped me right away and even helped me take things from my back seat to trunk, I was amazed at help and teamwork the Workers showed, they were all so positive and made me feel at ease, my experience over all was a five because my car was spotless inside and out, the workers at cobblestone are the reason why I’ll keep coming back and continue business with them because they know how to get the job done the right way!

We came here after another car wash place got oil all over our car, and cobblestone went way out of their way to fix it up for us. Dustin even hand-washed it himself to ensure that the car was completely spotless. This is definitely our go-to spot for getting our car washed! Thank you so much guys!

Incredible place!! Went to get my oil looked at because it was leaking out after I got it changed at Valvoline, they worked and fixed my car and went above and beyond and cleaned and detailed every nook and cranny of my extremely dirty truck just out of the goodness of their hearts. My truck looked better than the day I bought it from the dealer!!! I cannot thank them enough, it was so special. Thank god for this place.

Wonderful experience. I got my oil changed and my car detailed and was very happy with the results. The oil technician was very professional. Richard helped me select a full interior detail - my car was a mess from not being cleaned for several months - and it looks phenomenal. Stephanie at the inside register was great and got me a better price after talking to a manager. Jose gave me my keys when I picked up my car, was willing to remove some tape residue from my windshield that didn't come off in the wash, and was very polite and happy. Very satisfied and will be back for my next oil change.

I come to get my car washed I enjoy coming to the one on priest because of the staff they are professionals. Marcus Devereaux saw a small chip on my front glass, asked me what insurance I had. He proceeded to call the insurance, and I had the coverage paid absolutely nothing, and my insurance has lifetime warranty. Ask for Marcus! He’s the man

Over the past year I have frequented Cobblestone Auto Spa and come to the conclusion that they are the most methodical and affordable (for the quality) car wash in the area. They 99% of the time pay attention to the details that matter such as the little spaces in between the dash and center console, the air vents, and the corners of the wheels. Even though I live by *redacted* I still drive an extra two miles to go here. You won't regret it.

Richard was amazing! I came here a few hours after getting my car "cleaned" at a different location. There was still dirt and sticky stuff on my car and the inside hadn't gotten sprayed or anything. Richard did a great job at making sure everything was fixed and cleaned properly. I will be driving to this location next time even if it's 3 times the distances as the other location. Thank you Richard!
